Scanning

We take all your documents, prep them for scanning, scan them and index the digitized image to your specifications – so you can view your files from any PC, media or Web protocol. We also track your documents and check them for errors.

Our other services include:

• De-skewing, de-specking, cropping and formatting of tiff’s, pdf, Jpeg’s and other imaging that improves resolution.
• Installation of fax back program – should you need a document while we are scanning, e-mailing or faxing it to you.
• Installation of special software – so you can examine each of your scanned files.
• CD & DVD backup with their own searchable text and viewing software capabilities.

Selling of Scanning Equipment

As a designated Kodak and Fujistu agent, Scan Documents Solutions Inc. will set-up, supply and teach you how to use all your necessary scanning equipment – making sure your hard and software are compatible.

Shredding

We shred any document you don’t need or want scanned. All materials are also processed and disposed of according to the regulations stated in Personal Information Protection and Electronics Act (PIPEDA).
